3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to send you information about housing projects available in your region, manage your consultation, handle subsequent requests, comply with legal obligations and improve site performance. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, granted when submitting the form or accepting the relevant cookie categories, in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP).
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as you maintain your subscription and, in any case, until you request its deletion. Accounting records are kept for the legal periods applicable in Ecuador.
