These terms govern access to and use of the website ecuinvierte.com, as well as the request for information about the private housing project participation program offered by Ecuinvierte Soluciones Habitacionales S.A.S.

2. Purpose
The site provides information about active housing projects in Ecuador and allows interested users to request a free, no-obligation consultation. The signing of any participation agreement is always carried out outside of the website, through specific documentation.
3. Nature of the program
The participation program is offered by a private company and does not constitute a government program. Participation involves financial risks, including the possible partial or total loss of contributed capital. Distributions are subject to the progress and conditions of each project.
4. Eligibility
The site is aimed at adult persons residing in the Republic of Ecuador. Forms must be completed with truthful and updated information of the applicant.

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Ecuador. Any controversy will be submitted to the competent judges of the city of Quito, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
